Known issues with the current site and how the rebuild addresses them
These are problems we identified together during discovery. Each one has shaped decisions in the new site's structure and design.

| "Ways to Give" is cluttered | Consolidated into a single page with clear sections, reducing visual noise and improving hierarchy. |
| Sustainers Circle portal is buried | Prominent and easy to find from the Donate main page and Ways to Give. |
| Visitors unsure if they're on the right Meals on Wheels organization | Portland-metro focus is clear. Out-of-area visitors are nudged to Meals on Wheels America. |
| "What We Do" is unclear | Rewritten in plain language with a simpler structure. An overview page lets visitors understand the organization without clicking through multiple pages. |
| Diners/meals section needs improvement | Redesigned as task-oriented pages, focused on what visitors need to do, not just information. |
| Dining Centers page lacks polish | Each location gets a proper card with address, hours, phone, and map link. |
